Effective Date: May 20, 2026 · Last Updated: May 20, 2026

Cooper & Co. Technology LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the SafeInspect mobile application (“SafeInspect” or “the App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, where it’s stored, and your rights regarding it.

By using SafeInspect, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

This information is used solely to improve the App’s reliability and is not sold, rented, or shared for any other purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

3.1 On Your Device

Inspection drafts, photos, signatures, and template data are stored locally on your iOS device using encrypted storage (SQLite + iOS Data Protection). Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS encrypted keychain. This data remains on your device until you delete the App or manually clear it.

3.2 In Your Dropbox Account

Generated PDF reports and any attached photos are uploaded to a folder structure within your own Dropbox account (typically /SafeInspect/<Job>/<Owner>/<Unit>/). You retain full ownership and control of this data through your Dropbox account. We do not have independent access to your Dropbox storage; we transmit reports to your account using a Dropbox access token that you can revoke at any time.

3.3 With Sentry

Crash and diagnostic data is transmitted to Sentry (operated by Functional Software, Inc., a United States company). Sentry’s privacy policy is available at https://sentry.io/privacy/.
